A chat-bot passion project built from the ground up; it was briefly the most popular way to be connected to a blood donor online in emergencies. Built custom GeoSpatial indexing solutions and implemented NLP approaches to process Bengali, English & Banglish (a colloquial mix of the two languages spelled phonetically)

• ~25,000 donors
• ~5,000 lives saved
• 10min average time to completion
• No mobile data or smartphone requirements
